Refunds

All Sales are Final. At this time, returns, exchanges and cancellations are not accepted. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us at info@strengthandhonordesigns.com.Customers have 5 days after their order was delivered to inspect their package and contact us regarding issues with in their order. If we are not contacted within 5 days of your receiving your order we are no longer able to resolve the issue. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
